The room was great and the service overall was excellent. The staff were friendly and even arranged something special for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious and we loved that the hotel had three different restaurants. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located near Naivas supermarket, which operates 24 hours and saved us when we needed a new travel box at 1:00am.

Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop views, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also had a good wifi connection, which was a bonus.

Although everything was generally okay, one aspect that could be improved is the early morning loud music mentioned in one of the reviews.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Nairobi. The location is perfect, in the business district, and the prices are very fair. The staff was amazing, attentive, and professional. My room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the riverside and a comfy bed. Breakfast was included and had many delicious options.

The bed was comfortable, the room and hotel were clean, the food was fresh with a nice menu, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The security was great, making me feel secure. As backpackers, we appreciated the comfortable facilities and friendly atmosphere.

Guests can enjoy the morning prayer from the speakers on top of the nearest mosque, creating a cultural ambiance. The kilele restaurant offers a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The friendly staff goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and accommodated.

One negative aspect is that some guests reported issues with the AC system and noise from the nearby mosque.

Limited storage in the room, had to hang clothes on pegs, and there was not enough space to open a large suitcase comfortably. the elevators were slow, and we had to wait a while for them to arrive.
