During our stay at Imperial Hotel, we were impressed by their central location, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

One particular situation that stood out was when we had a meeting on the 5th floor lounge. Although the couches were not in the best condition and could use some refurbishment, the staff quickly provided us with additional seating options to accommodate our team.

During my Easter holiday stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel in the heart of the city center. The hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services. the hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist. I also enjoyed the great variety of breakfast and dinner menu options served by the hotel restaurant, which catered to all dietary requirements.

Although the hotel was well located, there was quite some noise pollution which interrupted my afternoon nap. , the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud and struggled to cool down the room to a comfortable temperature.
