The value for money at the lodge was great, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The location was convenient, being near the Nation Reserve's gate, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety to choose from.

We had an exceptional experience at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. the ambience and staff service were outstanding. Despite being located in the wild Masai Mara Reserve, the lodge made us feel at home and cozy. the cottages were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. We particularly want to mention Mr Daniel, the manager, and Dunson, the dining supervisor, who were incredibly kind. the dinner at the lodge was great, with plenty of vegetarian options. We also loved the additional safari tour they arranged with a Masai guide, as well as the picnic they provided. the location of the lodge was perfect, very close to the national park, making it convenient for wildlife sightings. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for a wonderful safari and holiday experience.

We had an amazing stay at this safari lodge. the staff at Jambo Mara were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the wooden houses were newer and had all the amenities we needed, including hot water and a generator for power during the day and until midnight. the location was perfect, just a short drive from the entrance of Masai Mara reserve. We enjoyed the peaceful and calm atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings. the highlight of our stay was the safari with the Maasai manager, Daniel, who was an excellent guide and helped us spot the Big 5. the food and dining service were also excellent, with friendly and fun staff. it was a memorable experience thanks to the lovely staff at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.
