The staff was lovely and helpful, the location was peaceful and off the main road, and the room was well-equipped with furniture and a nice balcony. We felt safer as it was nestled in a mall. The hotel was also conveniently close to matatu stages, a supermarket, and CBD.

Felt like relaxing at home, nothing too much trouble.

Jamia Central Hotel was a great choice for our party weekend! The location was ideal, right in the centre of the action but just outside the hectic areas. We were able to easily explore the city, with the bus station and Mosque just a stone's throw away. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our hungover cravings. a fantastic experience!

The noise from the surrounding area could be a bit bothersome at times.

Conveniently located above a shopping mall, Jamia Central Hotel offers great value for money in central Nairobi. The comfortable bed, mosquito net, and powerful shower ensured a pleasant stay. The TV even had premier league football! The WiFi was occasionally unreliable, but manageable. Despite a minor inconvenience with breakfast, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.

The free Wi-Fi and welcoming staff were good, but the location was the best thing about this hotel. We were within walking distance of public transport, food outlets, and a marketplace. Plus, complimentary toiletries added a nice touch.

The bugs in the room and the noisy neighbors kept us from getting a good night's sleep. the bathroom was less than clean, and the breakfast was nothing special.
