I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was conveniently situated near all the places I wanted to visit. Secondly, the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even allowing me a later check-out time. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were satisfactory, with comfortable beds and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast served was also a great start to my day, delicious and filling.

The only area that could be improved is the property condition, but it did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and answer all questions. the hotel is located in a convenient area where everything is within walking distance, including a supermarket and public transport.

The sound insulation in the rooms was inadequate, making it difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from neighboring bars and nightclubs. the rooms were quite small and in need of an upgrade, particularly in the bathroom where the shower didn't function properly.

Great staff, extended check-out time, excellent location, safe environment, big and clean swimming pool, nearby shopping malls.

We were impressed with the spacious rooms at Jumuia Hotel. The size gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Kisumu. The location of the hotel, right in front of Easy Coach bus station, was incredibly convenient for our travels. The staff went above and beyond by extending our check-out time, allowing us to have a stress-free departure. The presence of a guard and electric fence made us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a large and clean swimming pool which was a great amenity. The nearby shopping malls with grocery options also proved to be convenient for us.
