Cleanliness: The hotel and grounds were beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. Hotel facilities: The hotel had two great pools and a luxurious spa with excellent therapists. Transportation: The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the forest with plenty to do on-site. Staff: The staff were absolutely fantastic, giving outstanding service in both the restaurants and behind the bar. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive.

Additionally, the free gym on the main floor of the adjacent medical facility was a great amenity.

The rooms were quite basic and could use some renovations, especially the bathrooms. the lack of hot water in the bathroom basin and the absence of a plug were also disappointing.
