Great location in Westlands, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The Sarit Mall is a short walk away, offering plenty of shopping options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with a nice balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. A delicious breakfast is included in the price. The hotel allowed us to keep our room until 1.30pm, which was convenient for our departure.

The hotel is conveniently located near a church, local malls and the city centre. Across the street from the hotel were some business buildings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering beautiful views of the surrounding city. The helpful staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was decent with many varieties available.

The complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were a nice touch. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the view from the balcony was enjoyable.

The location was a letdown, as there was not much to do in the area. the restaurant food was poor and the balcony faced a block of other buildings, making it rather dark.

We had a wonderful time at this venue. The location is perfect, with many shopping areas nearby, and yet it is also very quiet. The staff is friendly and competent, and the rooms are well-equipped. We also enjoyed the many amenities, like the room service and the laundry, and the restaurant is exceptional. The terrace is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink, and the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

My recent stay at Lotos Inn & Suites was fantastic. I was in Nairobi for a week-long business trip and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was outstanding, especially Alvina at reception and the exceptional security team. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the sports fields. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the city, and the added security measures gave me peace of mind. The rooftop restaurant served delicious Chinese cuisine, which happens to be my favorite style of cooking. The suites were comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. The modern-looking building was in great condition, and the basic yet well-furnished rooms provided everything I needed, including a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen and restaurant staff were exceptionally polite and friendly.

Totally recommend this hotel.
