The location of the apartment was convenient, with shops and restaurants close by.

The check-in process was a total shambles and took over an hour.

Great central location, spacious apartments and helpful staff. the location of the apartments we stayed in was perfect for our city break. It was close to all the attractions and shops. the apartments themselves were really spacious with comfortable beds and sofas. the staff were also very helpful when we had questions about the local area and the amenities on offer.

Outdated furniture and no restaurant or bar. the furniture in the bedrooms was quite outdated and not very comfortable.

The apartments at Norfolk Towers are spacious and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. We had a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate dining area. The apartment also had a great location, with easy access to the city center via a passenger flyover. Additionally, the gardens were beautifully manicured and added to the pleasant ambiance of the property. The staff was responsive to our needs, making our stay stress-free. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a nice stay and would recommend Norfolk Towers for future visits.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Nairobi. The location was excellent, very close to the city center, which made it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including cooking facilities and a balcony with good views. The rates were also very affordable, offering great value for money.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay and couldn't find any faults.
