The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Centrine in the restaurant. Wi-Fi lagged during busy hours, making it frustrating to work.

The temperature control system in the room worked excellently, maintaining comfort without drying out the air.

The breakfast orders were mixed up repeatedly during my stay, indicating a need for better coordination in the restaurant.

The staff provided excellent service, with special mentions of their attentiveness and helpfulness, especially from Mohammed and Centrine. However, there were issues with breakfast orders getting mixed up and occasionally rude treatment from one hostess. The ambiance was enjoyable, but the noise from nearby nightclubs can be disruptive. Great for couples looking for a stylish stay, but expect some dining inconsistencies.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a comfortable desk for work and great dining options within walking distance.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my business needs, with a comfortably designed room that featured a good work desk and reliable AC. The hotel had a prime location, making it easy to access local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants, which was perfect for unwinding after meetings.

the room had a stuffy smell that i absolutely didn’t expect from a luxury boutique. also, the lack of gym facilities is just embarrassing for a so-called upscale hotel. i thought i’d at least get a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. almost wanted to give a decent review, but just couldn’t.

This boutique hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with polite staff, and our room was spacious and clean. The cocktails were a highlight, with a big shout out to Stephen for his amazing drinks. My older kids enjoyed the food options too.

My kids wished for more fun activities within the hotel.

Our 2-night stay was pleasant, with a beautifully decorated deluxe room offered. While the staff was friendly, our dinner experience was less than ideal due to slow service and the food quality. For future guests, consider dining earlier or choosing simpler dishes. Overall, it’s a cozy place with potential.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast. I remember how the staff helped me find good exchange rates on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break!
