my highlight was the amazing breakfast spread 🤤. the friendly staff and spacious rooms made my business trip a breeze. Only small issue was a minor delay at check-in. highly recommend!

Attended a business symposium in Nairobi and found the perfect places to do business with excellent meeting venues and stunning views for a conducive atmosphere. the hotel provides 3 conference halls with modern facilities accommodating 70-100 persons, along with various layouts to suit different event needs, ensuring a memorable meeting experience.

Lack of a gym facility was a drawback, as staying active is essential during business travels for maintaining productivity and well-being.

The deluxe rooms at Prideinn Westlands were incredibly spacious and cozy, making you feel like you're in a home away from home. As a traveler who values comfort and relaxation, these rooms ticked all the boxes for me.

The AC in our room didn't work well, and even after a technician looked at it, we woke up feeling sweaty.

Great staff, spacious and clean rooms, super fast WiFi, wide TV channel selection. Prideinn's new condition is outstanding, with a lovely outdoor terrace and fantastic showers. Outstanding breakfast and friendly service add to a comfortable stay.

Menu overly specialized, lacks basics. No other complaints.

The service here is top-notch, with room service and car hire available to make my stay even more convenient. The staff are always polite and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are met. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. I especially appreciate the in-room safe, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my valuables are secure. The hotel also has a lovely terrace where I can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. this place provides exceptional comfort and quality services.

The service at Prideinn was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff. The caterers, including Catherine, Lilian, George, and their supervisor Alex, did a fantastic job. The food was amazing, thanks to the talented chefs Catherine, Bernad, Joy, and Cynthia, who explained each dish in a delightful way. The hotel's location was also great, close to the market, nightclubs, and popular restaurants. Despite not having extensive amenities, the clean rooms and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect choice for business meetings and exploring the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in an Indian populated area, making it easy to find vegetarian restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and Wi-Fi has good signals. guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance as the hotel is situated in a traffic-free area.

The shower area in the hotel can be quite dark, making it difficult to see while showering.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection with plenty of choices. the location was convenient and close to local shops and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and answer any questions we had.

Our room was not very clean and had a strong odor. the towels and linens seemed old and worn out.

The location, staff, restaurant, and beauty of the hotel are superb. Excellent proximity to market, nightclubs, and restaurants.
