The apartments were modern and clean, with all the amenities you need. the staff provided great service and were always willing to help with a smile. the location was safe and convenient for walking to the central city area.

The noise from the construction site next door was a temporary annoyance. the windows were not soundproof, which meant that the noise from the kitchen and parking area could be heard in the rooms.

We were impressed by the excellent service at Reata Serviced Apartments. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant served delicious meals at a great value, and the apartment itself was clean and nicely appointed. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine in our room. The communal areas had a boutique feel, and the courtyard on the second floor was a highlight. Despite some temporary noise from a nearby construction site, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. we highly recommend this hotel.

I have to say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. I recently stayed at Reata, and it was a great price point for my several days on business. The room was spacious, clean, and in a safe area. The staff were friendly and helpful, surprising us with special treats for our anniversary. The breakfast was warm and tasty, and the gym and pool were a great addition. The apartments were comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The property had a bar and outside seating areas as well. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Nairobi!
