Spent my Xmas break at a hotel and absolutely enjoyed it! The complimentary drinks and snacks in my room were such a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was perfect - close to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile. The rooftop pool was definitely the best aspect of my stay, with an amazing view of the city and cozy cabanas to relax in.

The breakfast spread was a bit limited for my taste, but it was still decent. The noise level outside the hotel was a bit bothersome at night but it was not something that a pair of earplugs couldn't fix.
