The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls in a secure neighborhood. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the transportation options provided by the hotel, such as their comfy car service, made getting around the city a breeze.

The hotel offered clean and well-kept rooms at a competitive price. the hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for exploring nearby attractions such as Karen Blixen and the Giraffe Center. its convenient location on the way to Masai Mara was a great advantage.

We had a couple of minor disappointments. the hotel did not receive our written request for airport pick-up, resulting in a missed opportunity for convenience upon arrival.

We had a comfortable stay at Monarch. The food was diverse and delicious. Despite having a noisy room, we appreciated the hotel's mosquito prevention measures and enjoyed the balcony until 9 pm. we would recommend this hotel.

my previous stay in nairobi was enjoyable, but my recent experience exploring the coast exceeded expectations. monarch hotel's staff was incredibly helpful, making me feel at home. the peaceful terrasse and the extra touches like complimentary tea and milk in my room were lovely. the twice-daily room cleaning was a nice surprise, and the location was perfect for shopping. wifi was consistently strong throughout the hotel.
