Oh, what a disappointment. the so-called "balcony" was just a glorified outdoor space with walls, no view.

I had a fantastic stay at Trademark Hotel, A Member Of Design Hotels in Nairobi. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast at the Harvest restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the fish and chips, which were cooked to perfection. The location of the hotel at Village Market was convenient, offering great shopping and dining choices. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable stay in Nairobi.

The hotel was conveniently located close to popular attractions, making sightseeing easy. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. As a bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary dinner and room upgrade which we greatly appreciated.

The airport transfer service was unreliable and the hotel reception staff could have been more helpful in resolving the issue. traffic in the city could be unpredictable, making travel a bit stressful.

As business guests, we had a fantastic stay at Trademark Hotel. The staff were attentive and the rooms were well-equipped and spacious. The breakfast was fabulous and the location, in a mall with restaurants and shops, was practical. The gym was also very good.
