The staff at Tribe Hotel were incredibly welcoming, professional, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was exceptional in terms of comfort and style. The hotel's location next to a small shopping center was a big added value, with a supermarket, a variety of shops, and two local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings.

Despite this minor setback, I highly recommend the Tribe Hotel for its excellent service and overall enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Nairobi.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. It was conveniently located near a mall, making it easy to find shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome during my stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my experience. the rooms were in need of renovation and appeared a bit outdated.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and we enjoyed the outstanding coffee provided. The hotel grounds and pool were absolutely gorgeous, and the gym had everything we needed, including a boxing bag and gloves. The food at the hotel was exceptional, even for our picky tastes. We were pleasantly surprised by the early morning breakfast service, which provided us with a packed breakfast of our choice and delicious coffee to go. The hotel also offered quick and friendly room service, and their helpfulness and kindness were truly appreciated. The wifi was reliable, and having a router in our room was a great convenience. We stayed in a junior suite with a lovely view of the trees and found it to be very enjoyable. The spa experience, particularly the manicure and pedicure, was great.

The airport pick up was well-organized, with a range Rover providing seamless transportation. The bar on the 4th floor created a lively atmosphere, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The daily shuttles to Gigiri were convenient for meetings at the UN offices. The unique and stylish rooms were a delightful surprise.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and stores, making it easy to find everything you need. Additionally, the breakfast juice station was excellent, with freshly made, to, order juices and smoothies that were delicious. the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. the hotel is also nicely decorated with interesting sculptures, adding to the overall ambiance.

My experience at the hotel during my Christmas stay was disappointing. the guest rooms were outdated and lacked separation between the bed and the bathroom.

The hotel immediately resolves any issues, such as noisy rooms, and provides daily shuttles to the UN offices. The staff is friendly and international, and the SPA offers a great massage. The location next to Village Market and the Masai Art market is convenient. The food, including sushi, is good, and breakfast is nice.

The hotel gym was perfect, and the food was amazing. We also enjoyed the convenient location next to the Village Market, with access to restaurants and shops. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including providing breakfast to-go and offering a shuttle to their sister hotel and the Village Market.

We felt warm and had no complaints during our stay.
