The hotel's location is ideal - close to all major sights, absent from airport noise, and surrounded by a sea of excellence. The room and bathroom were pristine, and service was first-class. The food at the Italian restaurant was absolutely incredible, although the service could have been improved in terms of clearing the plates between courses and providing the necessary cutlery. The housekeeping service, although they were a bit early for our requested late check-out, was overall satisfactory. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful rooms and clean and luxurious bathrooms. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Impressive facilities, including a fully equipped gym, large spa, and heated pool. The staff were friendly, engaging in pleasant conversations and providing a safe drive to a wildlife trust. The dining options were diverse, with delicious food at the Lebanese restaurant. The hotel had a luxurious and well-kept feel, reminiscent of a classic resort.

The buffet breakfast at Kempinski was superb, but the highlight was the friendly staff who went the extra mile to accommodate my dietary restrictions. highly recommended.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure with the great security and warm welcome from the staff. The room had a comfortable king bed and a nice bathroom with both a shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed the complimentary water and mini-fridge with drinks and food. The late checkout was a bonus, and the room service provided excellent food options. The spa was a relaxing experience with a couples massage and additional amenities like showers, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi.

Felt cozy, no reason to complain.
