The staff at this hotel is amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were accommodating, helpful, and genuinely concerned about our safe arrival. The location is great, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions. The rooms are nice and perfect for a family, and the breakfast provided is delicious.

Spent Easter weekend in a beautiful hotel with great location! Enjoyed valet parking and excellent business center. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the subway station and downtown area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast on the 11th floor was enjoyable and the restaurant on the 2nd floor served delicious food.

One drawback was the lack of cleanliness in the shower/bath area, with hair on the floor. This made us question the overall cleanliness of the room.
