The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also great, especially if you want to explore Gangnam. While the subway may be a bit far, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that made getting around easy. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Aiden By Best Western.

As backpackers, we loved the affordable price and plush, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of European, American, and Korean options. The presence of a bathtub in the room was a pleasant surprise, as it's not common in Korean hotels. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to public transport.

The restaurant was not available for dinner during my stay and I was not informed about the rooftop bar. as an Australian, I assumed Visa would be widely accepted, but I had to find specific ATMs that accepted my card.

Loved feeling safe with all the security features - I mean, who doesn't want a carbon monoxide detector in their hotel room? Also, the staff actually spoke English and Japanese. Fancy! And the location was perfect for shopping and nightlife.
