The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with perfect beds. The location was peaceful and secluded, great for a romantic getaway. The hotel provided ample amenities and quickly fulfilled any requests. a great choice for a relaxing stay in Jeju.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the harbor where the fishing boats come in, as well as the attractions in Jeju. We took a taxi to the nearby harbor and enjoyed watching the boats unload their catch of the day. The hotel is also situated in a remote poor village by the sea, giving us a unique glimpse into the local life.

There was no beach or direct access to the water from the village.

The villas are very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and sofas. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. the location is great, with a beautiful trail nearby and stunning scenery. the restaurant served delicious food, made with fresh local ingredients.

The villas are a little bit away from the city center and the main attractions, making it difficult to get around if you don't have your own transportation. there was no sofa seat in the Superior Twin room, which would have been nice to have for relaxing.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering beauty treatments and facials in a serene treatment room. the outdoor swimming pool on the sun terrace provided a stunning view, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area satisfied all my culinary needs, while the private facilities in my room were exclusive and advantageous. the location advantages of this hotel were convenient to local shopping and dining.
