During our stay at Benikea Hotel Haeundae, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The hotel's location was perfect, being close enough to Haeundae Beach but far away enough from the noise of the bustling area. we were pleased with our experience at Benikea Hotel Haeundae and would recommend it to others.

The rooms at Benikea Hotel were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the size. As a group of three, it was difficult to find a room in Korea that could accommodate us comfortably, but Benikea had the perfect setup with double + single beds. The hotel's own sauna in the basement was a major plus, as we could shower there instead of fighting over the bathroom in the room. The location was super convenient, being in the center of Haeundae. It was just a few blocks from the beach and one block from the market, with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafes, and easy access to public transportation.

Felt comfortable and had no complaints during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants in the area, making it easy to find a place to eat. It is also just a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal views.

The front desk staff lacked cleanliness and attention to detail, as the dust on the counter went unnoticed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The convenience store next door was also a plus. The sauna was a nice touch and added to the relaxation of our holiday. We especially liked the complimentary coffee and beer available for purchase.

Although our stay was great overall, we did have some minor issues. The shower water temperature and pressure fluctuated constantly, making it difficult to enjoy a hot shower.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location near the beach is a huge plus, as it allows guests to easily enjoy the beautiful views and take a leisurely stroll along the shore. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the room meet all the necessary requirements. I particularly loved the comfortable rooms with nice views and the amazing spa bath with a mountain view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a delightful way to start the day.
