We had a last-minute flight cancellation, and luckily we found a hotel located conveniently near the airport. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There were many good restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find a variety of food options. Additionally, the hotel was not far from the airport, making our travel arrangements much smoother.

The carpet in our room and in the hotel hallway was stained and in need of updating.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodated my changed travel plans due to a storm. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and there was a desk and closet for convenience. The location was great with easy access to buses and nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the central area of Jeju and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making it a perfect base for exploring the town center. I particularly loved the rooms with a big window overlooking the nearby small mountain. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and equipped with a nice toilet. The breakfast offered a wide range of selections, which was included in the rate.

When we arrived early, they provided us with helpful information about the city and even upgraded our room for free. Their exceptional service truly made our trip special. I recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and great rooms.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to access the market and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including local dishes. they offered free Wi-Fi which was a great plus.

The room was not clean. the bathroom had mildew and the sheets on the bed were stained.
