Rooms were spacious and had plenty of power outlets. Breakfast was satisfying. Staff was helpful, providing specific directions beforehand and responding promptly to urgent request. Conveniently located near subway and within walking distance to Busan KTX station. Good selection of nearby restaurants, even open late.

Good location, within walking distance of various bus and metro stations. We were able to easily explore the city. The staff at Best In City Hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and daily room service was provided. The hotel also offered free luggage storage for guests who arrived before check-in time. The convenience of having a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel was a plus.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, with it being very close to both the train station and metro station. It made getting around the city super easy. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and even a TV with a good selection of channels. Plus, the breakfast provided was a great way to start each day.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is very close to Busan train station and there are a lot of food options around. The subway station is also nearby, making it really convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is also quite large and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the free breakfast is simple but satisfying, with options like cereal, toast, coffee.

One negative aspect is that the lights in the room are quite dim, which can make it difficult to read or see clearly.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and great shower during my stay. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and bus stop, which made it easy for me to explore the area. the hotel offered a traditional Korean breakfast which was a great experience.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was that the first room I was given was a smoking room which had a strong smell. After requesting a change to a non-smoking room, I was much happier with the stay.
