Front staff is friendly, better than nearby hotels. Bed is soft and exclusive. Immaculate condition, upgraded room. Clean lobby and rooms, comfortable bed. 5 mins walk from shops. Free rice noodle night snack. Clean, well-maintained room. Excellent bathroom, essential air con in summer. Helpful staff, especially Mr Kim. Perfect location, quiet street with lots of restaurants and bars.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Kim, was extremely helpful during my stay at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel. They went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me book an extra room last minute. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with a quiet street but a bustling center just around the corner. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helped us with the check-in process promptly. the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including clean linens and towels. the hotel was situated in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to our destinations, especially during the busy New Year period.

There were limited options, and the staff did not seem to be happy to offer their service. the minibar was excessively priced compared to the shops nearby.
