I had an exceptional stay at a hotel located right by Gwangalli beach. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The room was spacious and well-designed, with large windows offering beautiful views of the local area. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any issues that arose. I especially loved the motion bed in the room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. it was a wonderful stay.

The powerpoints in the bedroom were not all functional, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and professional. It was great that the hotel had smart features that you could control through a hub. the location was very convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation.

The lobby and coffee shop were quite small, with limited seating. the room layout was awkward, with the sink outside the shower and the toilet in a separate space.

Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, ensuring you never go hungry. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcomed and at ease during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and offer fantastic views, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The room layout was unique and interesting. We loved the separate shower, toilet, and sink setup. The large windows provided stunning views of the local area and beach. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable and adjustable. The rain shower head was a cool feature. The Samsung TV was top-notch. House cleaning was prompt and efficient. The staff were professional, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was clean and well-maintained. Taxis were easily accessible and affordable, making transportation hassle-free. Despite being a bit far from the subway, the hotel's location close to restaurants and shopping areas made up for it. we had a great stay at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Gwangan and would highly recommend it.
