We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the city center shopping areas and the subway station. The fast elevator access was a bonus, and the fast internet made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the descender in the room for emergency exit through the window was a unique feature that we appreciated. The friendly check-in procedure added a personal touch to our experience. the hotel provided us with a comfortable stay and a good rest after our long days of sightseeing and shopping in Seoul.

As a traveler staying at New Seoul Hotel in Myeongdong for a few days, I couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a two-minute walk from the subway entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a Starbucks café right beside it. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with linens changed and amenities provided daily. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions such as Gwanghwamun Square, Gyeongbokgung and Deoksugung Palaces, and Cheonggyecheon Stream.

Had a great New Year's Eve at a hotel with perfect location and welcoming staff. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods including hot meals and fresh fruits. Also loved having a French bakery on the ground floor of the building.

The room didn't have air conditioning and the staff was unprepared to handle the situation. We were given a room with only a heater and had to complain to be moved to a room with air conditioning.

You'll be close to everything, from the beautiful Cheonggyecheon Stream and historic Gyeongbukgung Palace to the bustling Ganghwamun area. Plus, you can easily walk to the vibrant Hongdae district. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy place to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need during your stay. there are convenient facilities like a gym and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located right at the center of a bustling city and is within walking distance from City hall metro station. The rooms offer great value for money, with basic amenities and an extra large bed. They also have bathtubs. Though there is no view from the window, it is located perfectly around all the major tourist attractions in the city. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was just the icing on the cake.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the location is excellent, close to public transit and tourist attractions. the staff is friendly and accommodating, with English-speaking employees. the rooms were clean, despite there being no window in my room. the bed was big and very comfortable. the hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a choice between American and Korean options. the wifi in the room was okay, and the housekeeping staff did a good job. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially the triple room for three people.

Whether it was the comfortable bed, the bathtub in the small but well-equipped bathroom, or the variety of options at the continental breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations.
