As a tourist, I loved the friendly and helpful staff, the wide range of breakfast options, and the convenience of the hotel's location. The airport bus stops just 2 minutes away, and there is a subway station nearby. The Gangnam area where the hotel is located is known for its commercial district and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was perfect and had a gorgeous view.

We had a great new year's stay at this hotel. the first thing we loved about it was the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which helped us save some extra money. the location was a plus as well, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room's window.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the temperature control in the room. It got too hot, even with the heating turned off, and we had trouble sleeping comfortably.
