Spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and it was amazing! the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and sparkling clean. I loved the fantastic view from the location and the fact that it was conveniently located near all the main attractions. the staff was accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. I appreciated their excellent English skills, which was a bonus. the hotel had a coin-operated laundry area that was well-stocked, which made my packing less stressful.

The corridors looked a bit shabby, and the pool area wasn't as nice as I expected. the towels provided for swimming were small.

We had a fantastic stay at Casaloma! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even holding onto a forgotten item for us. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and parking options. Despite a few minor issues with the automatic lights and aircon, our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!
