We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were also excellent, including a small garden across the parking lot that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location to both the train station and the subway system was a major advantage for exploring this city.

Traditional and beautiful building in a nice area. Helpful staff assisted in retrieving lost phone. Quiet location, but taxis needed for transport. Comfy beds, easy to get around by taxi. Interesting culture village and night street markets nearby. Highly recommend taking KTX train from Seoul to explore.

The hotel has a unique traditional temple/palace-like look, with artistic decorations all around. There is a 20-minute walk down the hill to plenty of restaurants and pubs. Plus, the hotel offers plug converters for foreign guests with a reasonable deposit.

The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the ocean and mountains. the staff were professional and provided good hospitality, especially the manager. the hotel was also conveniently located near popular attractions such as BiFF, Busan Tower, Jagalchi fish market, and Lotte Mall, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. the gym and sauna were only available for men, which was unusual and not mentioned clearly.
