I got an amazing value for my money at Sims Hotel in Jeju. The room was spacious and everything in it worked perfectly. The location near the harbour was great and I enjoyed the view of the cruise ships. The staff treated me like a VIP, going above and beyond to help me with phone calls and making sure everything was taken care of.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety, especially for those who prefer non-Korean food.

The hotel had a smooth check-in process, even though we booked last minute. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was okay and had a nice view from the balcony. The hotel was close to the harbor, which was convenient.

The location wasn't very lively, and there weren't many restaurants nearby. The fridge in the room was quite loud, but thankfully I could turn it off at night.
