Conveniently located on a major road with easy access to transportation. Multiple types of sockets available in the room. Room cleaning and DND are available with buttons inside the room. Free ramen soup at night was a great plus. A convenience store nearby that was just 30 meters away.

The Japanese-style spa and the option to choose the firmness of the pillow were also highlights of the stay.

We had an exceptional stay in a hotel located close to the main Gangnam area. The hotel was situated up on a slight hill, giving us a stunning view of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast had a great variety and delicious options. We also enjoyed the convenience of free noodles served in the evening and the nearby subway station.

The pillows provided were quite uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

Its proximity to the Seoul metro makes it easy to navigate the city. there is a wide variety of restaurants near Gangnam Station, offering plenty of dining options.

The lack of English fluency from the staff, particularly during nighttime, can be challenging for international guests who may need assistance.

I was impressed with the hotel-provided pajamas, daily complimentary water, electronic bidet, welcome drinks at the lobby, and late-night ramen service. the staff were very helpful and assisted me even after checkout. the various informative signs in the elevators and the rooms were a nice touch. it was great value for money and I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.
