The hotel's location was perfect for me as there were numerous food options and a large department store nearby. the staff provided excellent customer service and were friendly and knowledgeable. the hotel room was equipped with a remote control that made it easy to control the lighting.

The bathroom in the hotel room could be improved upon, as water from the shower easily spilled onto the floor, making it slippery and potentially dangerous. the towels provided were quite small and could be inconvenient.

Staff friendly and helpful, good English. Clean room with surprise upgrade, huge bathtub. Perfect location, easy from airport, near subway/buses. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely return.
