The hotel is conveniently located near the beach with stunning views and a great selection of seafood restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is excellent, providing helpful service and accommodating guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel offers a laundry coin service for easy laundry access.

The rooms lack soundproofing, allowing noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms to be disruptive.

The room at Fairfield was absolutely amazing. The huge window provided an incredible view of Songdo beach and the cable cars in the distance. I loved sitting on the long sofa by the window and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The hotel location was also great, surrounded by the Songdo Cable Cars and the Songo Sky Park with its unique dinosaur theme. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, and the 10% discount for hotel guests was a nice perk. Additionally, having a convenience store right next to the lobby was very convenient for late-night snacks. The staff were polite and spoke English well. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to Fairfield. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and great amenities.

Front desk staff could have been more informative and welcoming. The bathroom design was not practical, causing water to spill onto the floor.
