The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and considerate. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even offered helpful tips for getting around the city. The receptionist with the lovely smile and the guy with glasses were especially helpful and taught us some tricks for navigating the area. We were able to explore Cheongju using their techniques. They truly saved the day and made our trip much easier.

Spacious rooms with great views. the rooms were much larger than other hotels I've stayed in. There was plenty of space on the tabletops and the beds were amazing, with the ability to prop up your head or feet. the hotel also had some unique features like a pantry with a microwave, an extra cupboard for luggage, and a hot/cold water and ice dispenser on the floor. Plus, the staff, although their English wasn't perfect, were helpful enough to assist with ordering delivery.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was situated on a street with furniture shops and not much else.

I had the most incredible stay at Foreheal Gangnam. The duplex suite was spacious and beautifully furnished, with the added bonus of a balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance of public transit and trendy neighborhoods. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided, such as the large air purifier and pantry with a microwave. The attention to detail in the room design, including the extra cupboard for a travel suitcase, was impressive. I can confidently say that I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

The hotel was in a great location, close to both the bus and train stations. The rooms were clean and it was hard to find such cleanliness in Korea. The laundry service was good and there was free water available. The amenities were good, including a hydromassage bath and USB connections. The WiFi was reliable and the staff were helpful and friendly, with good English skills. The bed was comfortable and the TV in the room worked well. The hotel also provided a charger when I forgot mine.

The location of Foreheal Gangnam was perfect for exploring the vibrant Gangnam district. We were just a short walk away from Sinsa and Gangnam, making it convenient to explore these areas. We were fortunate to receive a free upgrade to a spacious queen triple suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was modern and well-designed, with two TVs allowing us to relax and enjoy entertainment from both the first floor and the loft. The convenient proximity to the train station and nearby amenities such as a coin laundry and small market made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Foreheal Gangnam for a fabulous stay in Seoul.

Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what I needed - comfortable beds, a microwave, and a fridge. I also appreciated the small details, like the fresh breads and food available for breakfast. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money.

This hotel was amazing! the beds were so comfortable and the room's technology was super advanced, like nothing I've seen before. We were able to adjust the bed's position with just the push of a button. the location was perfect too, close to the subway and in a quiet area. Plus, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room, which was so convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the dusting in the room could have been better. I noticed that some areas, like around the bed frame and in the bathrooms, needed a bit more cleaning to keep up with the hotel's lovely appearance.
