As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the excellent customer service, friendly and polite staff, and the always clean rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, being accessible to shopping malls, stores, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the "hole in the wall" restaurants with their authentic foods. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection, and we loved that bathrobes and hotel slippers were provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton in Myeongdong. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the subway, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The early check-in option was a great convenience for us. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Myeongdong while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The food at the hotel, especially the cheesecake, was absolutely delicious.

The location of Four Points By Sheraton in Myeongdong is excellent, just steps away from the subway station and within walking distance to Myeongdong itself. We had a corner room with a fantastic view and the breakfast options were plentiful, with a wide range of Korean and continental choices. the front desk staff were helpful and allowed us to check in before the standard time. the housekeeping staff on our floor were friendly and accommodating. Having a Starbucks on the ground floor was a nice bonus, although it does operate up to a certain time.

It was so convenient to explore the city and visit the famous Myeongdong night market. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious lobby and comfortable seating areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the room being cleaned daily. Additionally, the hotel provided a water dispenser near the elevators, making it easy to stay hydrated.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, both Korean and Western food options. the staff was generally helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, as it was near public transportation and many food options.

The elevators were extremely slow, especially during peak times like check-out. Housekeeping was unreliable, as we often found missing towels and empty soap dispensers.
