The hotel offered a convenient location within walking distance of popular sights like Namdaemun Gate and Bukchangdong Food Street. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, helping us find new rooms when the website showed full occupancy. The mini jimjilbang was a unique and enjoyable feature, with amazing views of Namdaemun Gate. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and we loved relaxing in the sauna after a long day of exploring. The gym was also a plus, offering different weights for dumbbells. our stay was fantastic and we had a great time.

We recently stayed at Fraser Place in a peaceful area of Seoul. The location was perfect as popular areas like Myeondong, Lotte, and Seoul Station were within walking distance. City Hall Station was just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the housekeeping staff on the 14th floor were cheery and hardworking. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel had great modernization upgrades, making our stay even more enjoyable. One staff member, Jinny, stood out in particular. She was very friendly and welcoming during check-in, offering to help with our luggage and giving us a tour of the hotel. She provided useful information about nearby restaurants and attractions, and was always ready to assist with any questions we had. Jinny's attention to detail and desire to make our stay comfortable really made a positive impression on us. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Fraser Place and would highly recommend it to others.
