We had a great stay at this hotel, Glad Gangnam Coex Center. the staff was truly fantastic and always cheerful, providing excellent service. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from Samseong Subway station exit 1 and the Airport shuttle bus stop across the street. the hotel itself was modern and very clean. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, adjustable room temperature, and the consistently hot and strong shower. the coffee at the lobby's Coffee G was exceptional, some of the best in Seoul. highly recommended!

inadequate housekeeping

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was right in front of the metro station. This made it extremely easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of malls and department stores in the vicinity, which was a great bonus for shopping enthusiasts like us.

Staying here was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been better as it's right beside the subway entrance and close to everything. The service was exceptional, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping was superb. The room amenities were fantastic including the air conditioning which was perfect. Having an electric kettle and dining table was really helpful too.

We love the convenience of the hotel's location right next to the subway entrance and near Samseong subway station where we can easily access most of the city. It's also just across the COEX center where we can go shopping or attend events. The staff is polite and attentive, and the room is clean, comfortable and comes with all necessary amenities.

The breakfast served at the hotel was rather basic and could be improved to provide more options for guests.

We had a great weekend in a modern and comfortable hotel. the location was unbeatable, located in a lively neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops around, and the subway station just a few steps away. We liked the complimentary facial cleansing pads and the fact that the hotel had its own laundry service. the bed was very comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent.

Some basic amenities were missing, like a simple writing pen or notepad, sugar or creamer for the coffee, and a toothbrush. the staff wasn't the most helpful, and we had some issues with the keycard system.
