I loved the location of this hotel! It was perfect for shopping in Myeongdong. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Korean wooden bathtub in the room was a unique touch that I really enjoyed. I had a great stay at Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir.

We had a great time at this hotel! Its location was perfect for us, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, including free Wi-Fi in our room, a mini-bar, and air conditioning to keep us comfortable. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything in order.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to navigate the city. In addition, the airport bus stop is just a short walk away, ensuring a hassle-free journey to and from the airport. Being in close proximity to other tourist attractions and the bus stop for the airport limousine bus adds to the convenience of exploring the city.

More storage space in the rooms would be beneficial for guests staying for a longer duration.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were well-equipped with tea service, robes, and a hot water kettle. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping the room clean while we were out exploring the city.

Though mentioned as non-smoking rooms, we experienced cigarette smoke coming in through the air vents, which was particularly difficult for my asthmatic child. Additionally, we found the Korean-style beddings with low platforms and futons a bit challenging, especially for the elderly in our group.

There was something for everyone, and it was great to save a little money while indulging in delicious food and drinks. the location was perfect - close enough to all the action, but on a quieter street. We loved exploring the nearby markets and malls. the room decor was stylish and modern. For our romantic escape, we enjoyed the wooden bathtub and the cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom privacy was a little awkward - just a translucent glass door. It wasn't a huge deal since we were on a romantic getaway, but I can see how it would be uncomfortable for friends or family members.

As a couple, we loved the convenient location near Myeongdong with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The hotel staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was a great help with our active toddler. The breakfast area had a great view and the free wine in the evening was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its top location and helpful staff.

The only drawbacks were the lack of space in the room, making it difficult to walk around, and the ventilation could have been better. Additionally, the rest room toilet couldn't be flushed using the remote provided.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop, making it easy to catch the airport shuttle bus. It is also close to subway stations, providing easy access to various attractions. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with Asian influences such as a wood soaking tub and Washlet Toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful, even willing to assist with translations at local stores.
