Just stayed in a hotel near the national park. LOVED the mountain view from our room! the staff could have been more helpful. the garden area is even better than in photos. Would come back for sure! .

we had a wonderful time at Smile Resort, the staff felt like caring parents, providing encouragement and warnings as needed. the breakfast before the official serving time was a lovely touch. the close proximity to the bus station and easy access to Seoraksan National Park made our hiking trip convenient and enjoyable.

The cozy guest house near Seoraksan National Park was a gem. The kind staff made me feel at home instantly. Although the water was slow to heat up and the wood heating caused some smoke, the comfy bed and strong Wifi made up for it. The location was peaceful and convenient for hiking.

During my recent stay at Smile Resort, I was impressed by the stunning location just a short walk or bus ride away from the picturesque Mt Seorak National Park. The spacious and clean deluxe room provided a comfortable retreat, complete with a small kitchenette. The kind and helpful owners, Ted and his mother, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even offering transportation assistance and recommendations for local attractions. Despite a minor issue with the kitchen bin size and bright ceiling lights, the overall experience at Smile Resort was delightful. I highly recommend this tranquil and convenient hotel for anyone visiting the area. I had a wonderful time at Smile Resort and would definitely return for another stay.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming atmosphere at this lovely guesthouse in Sokcho. the garden and terrace were beautifully decorated and perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the nearby national park. the easy accessibility to the bus stop made it convenient for senior guests like myself to explore the area without any hassle. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in nature.

Would appreciate more evening activities for seniors.

We stayed at Smile Resort for a weekend getaway. The staff were fantastic and the family room met our needs perfectly. Our children loved the hammock and we enjoyed the unique experience of cooking by the river. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily visit Seoraksan National Park, Waterpia, Sunrise Park, and even explore a nature walk just 100m away from the property.

The first was that the room felt a bit chilly, but since I didn't ask the staff for an extra blanket, I can't fault them entirely. these were minor inconveniences that slightly affected my experience.
