We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They allowed us to check-in early and even upgraded our room. The facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the subway station. We had easy access to all the attractions in this city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive. a fantastic experience!

We got great value for our money at The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel. The room was impressive with a big TV and a fully equipped bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away in a quieter part of the city, yet still close to the Chungmuro metro station for easy access to other areas. The staff were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and always happy to help. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, even providing complimentary bottles of water on hot days. We also loved the lobby bar with its fantastic drink selection and ambiance.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to have a better breakfast selection. Some items were missing and not replenished, like cheese and fresh fruits, during our one-hour meal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Elena Kim in the Executive Lounge who provided exceptional service. The breakfast had a great variety and the room service menu offered delicious food. I also appreciated the assistance from the front office staff and concierge, who were always polite and smiling. Special mention goes to Audrey at the concierge desk, who gave me wonderful recommendations for exploring downtown Seoul during the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. The rooms were spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the wifi was fast and accessible throughout the hotel. We appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service and the regular shuttle buses to the city center. The location was decent, with a famous shopping hotspot, Dongdaemun, just a 15-minute walk away. We also enjoyed the pleasant smell in the hotel lobby.

We had an amazing view of the city skyline from our spacious and beautiful room at The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed using the bathtub and enclosed shower. The free swimming pool and fitness room were a great bonus, especially for my girlfriend who is into sports. The complimentary shuttles to Myeong-Dong were very convenient for exploring the city.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable room at this hotel. The modern bathroom had great views of the city, and the room itself was spotless and clean. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service every hour, making it convenient to explore the city.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the high prices for drinks such as tea and beer. The prices were comparable to New York City or Paris, which seemed excessive for Seoul.
