The staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and even funny! The beds were super comfortable and the hotel's location, right above the Starfield Coex Mall, was perfect. The bathroom was great, with a separate bidet toilet, and the breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of options. The hotel's design was modern and stylish, and the front desk and concierge staff spoke fluent English.

As someone who prefers a firmer bed, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed at this hotel. The gym facilities were also impressive, offering a wide variety of equipment. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had a great selection and high-quality food. The hotel is conveniently located in the busy financial district, making it easy to travel to the airport or explore the city via bus or subway. There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby, including the DFS store. The room I stayed in was spacious, although it could use more furnishings.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and warm. The lady concierge who assisted me during check out was exceptional, providing excellent service with a courteous and helpful attitude. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right beside Coex Mall and Samseong Station. It made exploring the city so convenient, especially with the underground shopping malls nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. I particularly enjoyed the superior breakfast experience and the comfort of the bed. The staff, including the front desk and concierge, spoke fluent English and were always amicable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a fantastic experience during my social/leisure stay in this business and convention-centric part of town.
