The view at Grand Mercure was outstanding, overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. the spacious junior suite was sumptuously appointed, providing a comfortable stay. the staff treated us like VIPs, ensuring a memorable experience.

Spacious rooms, well-equipped with hardware. Conveniently located near Yongsan Station for easy access to main attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice gym and breakfast variety. Surprisingly, a birthday cake was prepared in the room. Will definitely return.

Wonderful experience at a hotel with excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast and lovely heated indoor pool. the staff was polite, welcoming, and responsive to our needs, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel's convenient location close to the subway made it easy to explore the city. our studio room was equipped with a stove and oven, which was a great convenience.

The hotel's location, unfortunately, was not in the best part of town and lacked excitement. the area has limited attractions nearby, so transportation was needed for sightseeing.
