The location of Henn Na Hotel in Seoul was incredible. I was able to explore Myeongdong street food, visit the beautiful Myeondong Cathedral, and explore the Namsangol hanok village with ease. The hotel itself had a unique and modern design, with spacious and clean rooms. I especially loved the comfortable beds. The concept of automatic check-in with robots was fun and the breakfast was delicious. I had a great experience at Henn Na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong and would recommend it.

Drawbacks : Although my room was clean and spacious, it was quite small and couldn't accommodate my medium-sized suitcase. Additionally, there were some issues with the water drainage in the bathroom that were not fully resolved despite informing the front desk.

I chose this hotel because it's conveniently located in Myeongdong, making it easy to shop around the area. the hotel is situated at the end of a street, so noise from outside is minimal, ensuring a peaceful stay. the rooms were a bit small for three people, but they were clean and well-maintained. the self-service check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I return.

We found the location of this place to be very convenient for exploring the area, as it is close to the subway and in the center of all the action in Myeongdong. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and we definitely appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as the heating and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The dining restaurant was also a plus, as it made getting a meal easy and convenient.

Our New Year experience was amazing - we had a great time in the city. the hotel had two complementary services that we took advantage of. Its location was key, close to public transport and with lots of restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed them.

That our room had no outside view, but it was not a problem for us as we were out exploring most of the time.

The hotel room was modern and comfortable, with a huge window that provided a great view. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7-eleven right across the street. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, and the smart TV in the room was a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Seoul.

The Henn Na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong is impeccably clean, from the room to the bathroom to the toilet. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect, tucked away behind Sejong Hotel. It offers the best of both worlds - being in Myeongdong, but in a quieter area. The hotel is close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the Myeongdong Cathedral. The view of Namsan Tower from the window is a definite plus. The staff is also very accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage after my late-night flight.

Although the hotel is not flexible with late check-out, charging by the hour, it does not overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. The hotel's proximity to Myeongdong without the hustle and bustle is a definite advantage.
