I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Hue Loft. The personal service provided by the staff was impressive. They picked me up from the airport and even carried my bags to my room. The hotel's surroundings offered breathtaking views from the gardens. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, with no sign of even a single hair. The bathroom and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the boss even provided a thoughtful travel wash bag. The boss's kindness and responsibility were truly appreciated.

We stayed at Hue Loft and were pleasantly surprised by the clever layout of the rooms. As parents traveling with a baby, having the two levels and a mattress on the floor made it easy for our little one to sleep safely. The hotel may be budget-friendly, but the service felt like a 5-star experience. The staff picked us up from the airport for a cheaper price than a taxi, helped with our luggage, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Despite a small hiccup in finding the hotel, our overall stay was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel for families and value-focused travelers.

The hotel had a great location close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with unique features that added to the experience. The staff was very helpful, offering to carry luggage and providing excellent service during our stay.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge as directions were not clearly stated. , there was no elevator which made carrying luggage up several flights of stairs difficult.
