The staff was always helpful in suggesting places to eat and helped us with directions. We enjoyed the complimentary water in the room that was refilled daily, and the mini fridge came in handy. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the gym and laundry facilities on site.

The room was a bit small, which made it uncomfortable for working and the lack of coffee in the room was a minor issue. the late checkout fee was a bit steep for the additional 2 hours offered.

The hotel is conveniently located near Yangjae station, right opposite the bus station for easy access to buses going to the airport. The room was warm and cozy with a nice interior. The bathroom was neat and clean. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. The room had a fabulous view from the 19th floor and was well-maintained with a mini fridge and complimentary water.

The check-in process could be improved, as there were delays and a lack of communication regarding room readiness.

As women travelling alone, we loved the convenient location near the subway station, with plenty of convenient stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfy bed and a nice selection of TV programs. The valet service at the parking lot was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel near Yangjae station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a combined bath and shower section in the bathroom. The hotel also had a fitness center, which was a great bonus. I loved the convenience of having a Paris Baguette store next door and being located on the bustling Gangnam Daero road. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, with basic amenities and modern rooms with all necessary things. The location is perfect, near Yangjae subway station, which is very close to the commercial center. Also, the breakfast was outstanding, with freshly made pancakes!
