Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to provide information and guidance. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services.- The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable.- The hotel was conveniently located, not far from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite rude and unprofessional when searching for my reservation. It was a frustrating experience and left a negative first impression.

Spent Christmas at this place and it was amazing. the room we got was very clean and comfortable. We slept like babies! the staff was very helpful and kind. the location was key, just a short walk from the subway and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Loved the secure place they provided for our bikes too!

The breakfast hours - it was only open from 7:30 to 8:30am. So if you like to sleep in, you'll miss it.
