I can't believe what a great deal I got for my money at this amazing hotel! The room was perfect, cleaned every day, and the location was ideal, with a bus stop right in front and a subway station just a few minutes away. The staff at Zero were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the guy with glasses. They really made me feel at home.

The food for breakfast could have been a bit better, maybe with more options or a bigger variety. But overall, it was a minor issue compared to the fantastic stay I had at Zero.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel in Seoul. We found two key facts offered at this hotel: a clean and comfortable room and a friendly and helpful staff. The room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided us with excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

the bed size was smaller than what we are used to, which made it a bit uncomfortable for both of us to sleep comfortably. It would have been better if the hotel provided larger beds to ensure a more enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Really nice room and bathroom. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable. The room had towels, a hair dryer, fridge, and TV. Great location for sightseeing - close to palaces, Hanok Village, and the Gwangjang Market.

Felt cared for, no complaints at all.
