From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was even better than we expected, right in the heart of a bustling metropolis with plenty of shops and eateries. the room itself was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a unique interior design that added a special touch. the manager and staff at Hotel28 truly cared about making our stay pleasurable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated the early check-in for all three of our rooms without any additional charges. the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We highly recommend Hotel28 and will definitely be coming back in the future!

The hotel's location in the centre of Myeongdong was perfect for exploring the city. It was just in front of a few bars and close to plenty of attractions. The service was exceptional, and the staff were kind, accommodating, and provided helpful advice. The room was modern and comfortable, with great amenities such as a free mini-bar and gym equipment.

The elevator was a bit slow.

Great value for money in this amazing area, with rooms in prestene condition, good sized comfortable bed and some great complimentary drinks. The bathtub is also a nice touch, and breakfast is served.

The value for money at Hotel28 Myeongdong was great, with comfy and clean rooms. The location in Myeongdong was super convenient with lots of food options and shops nearby. The staff were really polite and friendly, even arranging for our twin rooms to be side by side so our family could stay close together.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and timely refills.

The hotel has a central location, close to City Hall Station and within walking distance of Myeongdong. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing umbrellas and directions when needed. The hotel has a unique design and lots of character. Breakfast offers a variety of options and the vanilla latte is exceptional. There is a gym available for guests.
