The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently close to the airport, making it easy for us to get to and from the hotel. We could even see the airport from our window! Another great feature was the bus stop right outside the hotel, which made it simple for us to explore the surrounding area. We loved being able to easily visit nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. It allowed us to have a variety of dining options right at our fingertips.

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. It would have been nice to feel more valued as guests.

The room itself was clean, new, and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the sea from the 8th floor. The heated bathroom seat with bidet and dryer functions was a nice touch. The staff spoke English well and were efficient during check-in. They even accommodated our luggage before check-in.

We had a pleasant stay at a spacious and clean room at Gloucester Hotel. the traditional-style sleeping arrangement wasn't very comfortable for us, but the option for a Western-style room was available. the breakfast offered yummy food, and the staff, especially Philip Lee, were courteous and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, only 15 minutes away from the airport with a direct bus. There were also several restaurants within walking distance.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at the hotel. the friendly staff gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival and a small fruit basket in our room. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the airport and we had a rental car to explore the island. the hotel had a great view from our room overlooking the surrounding area.

The mattresses were uncomfortably hard and the breakfast options were not suitable for our taste. We would have preferred more healthy options and some whole wheat bread.
