The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Haeundae beach. Conveniently, there was a 24hr McDonald's and several convenience stores nearby. The bathroom had great lighting and a separate shower. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and main area of Haeundae. It was so convenient to have a convenience store across the street and McDonald's nearby. The room was modern and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful layout in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed.

The lack of an in-house restaurant and bar. It would have been nice to have the option to grab a bite and a drink onsite after a long day of exploring.

Convenient location near mart, bakery cafe, and Haeundae Beach. Well-maintained rooms with necessary amenities, including toothbrushes, free drinks, and reliable Wi-Fi. Multiple electrical sockets and USB charger available. Compact space with adequate storage, although large suitcases may be a challenge.

The staff at Ibis were incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with translating Korean to English for taxis and directions. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers complementary bottled water and a small fridge in the room, which is great when you need to keep your drinks cold. The location is only a block away from the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy the area after work. the price was very reasonable for the location.

The check-in process was a bit odd being on the 19th floor in a deserted lobby, and the staff seemed to be a bit off-hand or stressed. While the room was fine for a budget hotel, the breakfast could use some improvement.
