ibis exceeded our expectations during our romantic trip to seoul. the location was perfect, with great local restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and the rooftop view of n seoul tower was amazing. the room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city. overall, an excellent stay.

I loved the convenience of the location and how close it was to the beautiful Jongmyo Shrine. My room was clean, and the personal slippers provided were a nice touch. I had a great stay at Ibis and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant budget hotel experience.

We stayed in a great hotel located on the kerb of INSADONG, the heart of Seoul. The location was very convenient as it was near the subway and easy to walk around the old quarter in Insadong. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, with helpful and friendly receptionists. We enjoyed the convenience of having many stores and restaurants nearby. the hotel provided facilities like washing clothes and had a lovely view from the room.

The breakfast options were a bit dull for the price we paid.

This hotel is great value for money and is situated in an excellent location. It's very near to the train station, making it easily accessible to all the cultural highlights of the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, with nice views out to Seoul Tower. Additionally, the reasonable storage space and thinner blanket is a real plus. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus.

Located in a wonderful, not too touristy area, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring several landmarks and attractions. The airport is easily accessible, either by subway or a taxi ride. After checking out, you can conveniently reach the main station for onward travel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice views of the city. The staff provides exceptional service, assisting with transportation and recommending local restaurants. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis. the room amenities were as expected, and the staff were polite and eager to help. One particular staff member on the night shift went above and beyond to assist us when my aunt and cousin were sick. She helped us translate their symptoms and even helped us order takeaways. the hotel should have more staff like her. the hot bath in the basement was a nice bonus.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and the gym facilities available throughout the day. the location was spot on, close to the best restaurants and attractions. Also enjoyed the view from the rooftop, overlooking the beautiful city skyline.

The tinted windows in the room made it quite dark even during the day when we had to keep them closed. It would have been nice to have more natural light coming through.
