The breakfast at Imperial Palace was absolutely fantastic, surpassing even the renowned Hyatt and Shangrila. The wide variety and high quality of the food options made for a delightful start to each day.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was conveniently available and hassle-free. The location in gangnam was perfect, as it was in a reasonable distance to the exhibition center. The design and decor of the hotel made us feel like we were in a museum or a real imperial castle. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of excellent quality. But what truly stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The curtains blocked out the traffic noise from the street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The 2 pm check-in was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay in Gangnam.

The check, in time was convenient at 2 PM and the staff were courteous and helpful. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of nearby food options and cafes. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed, which was firm but not too soft. Additionally, the elegant decorations throughout the hotel created a pleasant and relaxing ambience.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom, despite being in a non, smoking building.

It was situated in a prime area, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. the convenience of being able to easily access the airport bus was a huge plus. Additionally, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality. Despite the language barrier, they were polite, helpful, and made sure I had a comfortable stay.
